Admisssion Procedure

      To join our specialized Cardiorespiratory Physiotherapy program, candidates must:

  1. Complete 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry & Biology (minimum 50% marks)

  2. Qualify in the KNRUHS EAMCET entrance exam (or relevant state/university entrance test)

  3. Participate in university counseling for seat allocation

      Our Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) program includes dedicated cardiorespiratory training from the 2nd year onward, covering:

  • Critical care physiotherapy (ICU/post-surgery rehab)

  • Chronic lung & heart disease management (COPD, cardiac rehab)

  • Advanced breathing techniques & exercise therapy

      Selected candidates must complete document verification and fee payment to confirm admission.

Course Duration

Our Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) with Cardiorespiratory Specialization is a 4.5-year program, consisting of:

  • 4 years of classroom learning, practical lab sessions & clinical rotations

  • 6 months of mandatory internship in cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation

From the 2nd year onward, students get real-world training in ICU care, chronic disease management, and respiratory therapy through our hospital partnerships.

Curriculum

Our 4.5-year program combines classroom learning and practical hospital training to develop skilled heart and lung rehabilitation specialists. Students learn cardiopulmonary science, ICU care techniques, and modern rehab methods - including post-COVID recovery - while gaining real experience from their second year onward. The curriculum prepares graduates for rewarding careers in both critical care and chronic condition management.
